Absolutely awful. I'm a younger man who was looking for a property to purchase, and found a house that I saw a lot of potential in. At the time Libby was representing both me and the seller, although I eventually was assigned another agent from the same company, who I felt had conspired together. There was a huge conflict of interest here. The owner of the property and the agents took advantage of my naivete by writing up a contract that severely screwed me, waiving all of my rights to inspection, and I ended up forfeiting $5,000 when i discovered that the property was beyond repair. I was very ill-informed by these agents and they pressured me into paying much more than I should have for a condemned, dilapidated house ( In fact, every dilapidated house I see for sale has Libby as an agent.) They told me almost nothing and it seemed that they tried to keep me in the dark. I ended up hiring a lawyer, and got half of the money back, but I had to give that to the lawyer. Sketchy, untrustworthy, and represents one of the worst parts of real estate (and business in general): pure, unfettered greed and exploitation. I highly recommend avoiding this agent and their entire company, Keller Williams Realty. Scummy.

My experience with this office has been terrible. I contacted an agent named Libby about a property that she had for sale. After several days a man named Dan called me and said that he was calling for the original agent. I asked him for information about the property and another one and he never got back to me. Days later I was able to contact him again and he said that his phone had broken and he said he had bad cell service. He had never even called back! He then promised to send me some information which I never received. I do not recommend this real estate office

We have recently purchased our home in Pittsburgh through Daniel Seigel Realtor at Keller Williams on Cochran Rd. Mt Lebanon. We have been looking for over a year and have dealt with other realtors. We are not going to discuss them at this time. What we are going to say is Daniel was the most Professional realtor we have ever had the pleasure of knowing. We have had three different realtors to sell our house in Wheeling WV. that took a year and a half. Not happy. Trying to buy in Pittsburgh didn't get any better till we met Daniel. This man took us around to every house in his car as far away as Greensburg to view homes. Other realtors had us trying to follow them around Pittsburgh, sad. He was always ready at the drop of a hat to make arrangements for us. When he went out of town he had a realtor take care of us by the name of Greg Cooper equally as professionale. As a matter of fact Greg helped us close a deal on the price with the sellers in two hours on a Sunday night till 11:30pm. We are extremely pleased with both Daniel and Greg for there professional help. We would highly recommend Daniel Seigel as anyone's realtor in the highest regard. This Keller Williams office is great, other KW's not so much.
