Don Boyle is such a great Realtor. He is always professional and can always be counted on. My husband and I bought a house about 8 years ago through him and then we decided we wanted to move again. So Don was right by our side to help. He found us a new home and sold our old house really fast. He always have us in mind when making any kind of deals whether we are buying or selling. Always professional and personable. If in the future we need him again we know we can count on him :) Thanks again Don you are the best in what you do!

When I met Don regarding the sale of my house it did not take me very long to hire him for the job. First thing he did was to get the house professionally cleaned and prepare it for sale. In the short-time we started getting offers until agreed on the sale price. Throughout the process my experience with Don was highly positive. As I was mostly out of town, he took responsibility of fulfilling the inspection related requirements and the repairs suggested by the buyer, and kept me informed in a timely manner. Don is a very friendly and enthusiastic agent and I was very happy working with him.

Don is my go to agent for everything. As a house flipper, I look for only the most professional agents to have my listings. Don is on point in every point of the process whether you are buying or selling a home. He is polite, on time and an aggressive agent who always has your back. This is not the first time I have used Don Boyle. Don did such a great job working on buying a previous house, that I used him to sell my grandmother's house as well as my friends. This time around he sold my house in a week. Lots of marketing and social media while still remaining covid-compliant. I was so happy to sell. Within a couple of weeks, he helped me figure out an offer for my new place and it went through without a hitch. I honestly hate moving but Don made it very simple from a home seller and home buyer perspective. Highly recommend!!

Don was the best realtor. Anytime I wanted to see a house, we saw it the same day or next. He was always flexible and available. The house I ended up buying was one he sent to me the second it hit the market. He is extremely knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions I had (and I had tons!!) He is great with negotiating so I ended up with a really great deal. I would highly recommend him!
