Richard helped me buy a new house and sell (twice!). He made both processes extremely smooth and he minimized the stress associated with these big life events. He was very patient, gave knowledgeable advice when needed, and he was always responsive within minutes. He has excellent communication and often went out of his way to help. I trusted him throughout the process and was able to buy and sell my homes at prices I was very happy with and I thank Richard for that! I would recommend Richard to any friends or family.

As a real estate investor and agent as well, it's often tough to hire another agent to sell your renovated homes because of the potential money savings selling it yourself, but I will be one of many to say that Rich Sunseri was 100% worth the hire.nnNot only did he get us more than we projected for the property, but sold it very fast. He has great management and negotiation skills throughout the process and we hope to work together again!

Richard did an outstanding job helping us sell our house.nWe worked with him throughout the process, from the first estimate he gave us for a sales price to the closing date, and it was a pleasure.nHis sales price estimate was spot on, and along with the very helpful tips on preparing our home for showing, led to the sale of our home within a week after listing.nWhat impressed me most was how reachable Richard was. This was our first home-buying experience, and Richard was amazing. He helped us with every detail - from searching for houses to coordinating inspections etc. & closing. He really knows what he is doing, and is a city real estate market expert! I very highly recommend Richard!!
