Anthony and Jeremy from Mark Allen were outstanding! I used them for electrical work. They installed, repaired and replaced several things in my home, to include outlets, motion lights, cameras and fixtures. They were not only personable, but thorough, organized, fairly priced and meticulous. I highly recommend them!
I called them to take care of issues with my combi heating system that the plumbers who installed the system couldn't fix. The person who came asked good questions and took time to explain what he was doing to try to fix the problem which included a call to the manufacturer. So far so good! And the gentleman came back later in the day to take care of another issue I'd forgotten to mention but that he'd noticed. Wonderful service!
Pat and Jessie did an excellent job installing a new hot water heater for me. There was a technical problem with one of the components and Pat went well out of his way to get me on the right track to get the problem solved, which was greatly appreciated. I've used them in the past, will use them in the future, and will always recommend them. Thank you!
These guys literally saved the day. I woke upnto a burst pipe in the basement, water everywhere, called at 7:30 am and Mark was at my house in less than 15 minutes! I really can’t tell you how much it means to call a service provider in an emergency and speak to an actual person. Great customer service, fair, competitive pricing and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
