Wow. First professional hair cut on my 3 year old son and it was a wonderful experience. I called at 11am, was scheduled for 1pm the same day and we were back in the truck all buckled up and leaving at 1:37 and not a single moment of it was rushed. The haircut was absolutely perfect and worth every penny at $22 but I added a generous tip as the guy that cut his hair was so good with not only him, but so efficient with his time, tools and method. I will be happy to recommend this place to any of my friends with young children.

The hair cuts turn out great. I think they do a great job of entertaining the kids but are rough. Both my kiddos did not enjoy the experience. My daughter asked the hairstylist to be gentle while brushing her hair, and she told her that she needs to brush her hair more and toughen up. Next, my 2-year-old son keeps getting cut around his ears and is now terrified of getting his hair cut. This place is overpriced as well. It's not worth your money for the services offered. There is typically a terrible wait time too.

I love the stylists here, they are always so patient and will let you do whatever it is that will have to be done to get the haircut done. My son sat on my lap for this haircut and I had to have a little thing on too so I wouldn't get hair on me. Just thankful for the stylists there. I wish I could remember the woman's name but this was probably the best haircut he has ever had.

I asked for a chin length cut for my daughter that was slightly longer in the front. Stylist asked if I wanted the cut to be stacked in the back. I said no. Clearly. Pictured is the cut my 5 year old got. Knowing that complaining in front of my daughter would make her self-conscious about it, I didn’t vocalize my disappointment and frustration at the register and wanted to give it a few days before reacting. She’s lamented several times over the past 5 days that it’s too short and she wanted to keep more of her hair. The total for this + my 2 year old’s straight cut was $66!!! I encourage people to look elsewhere. Several salons in the area offer kids cuts for much less $$ with better results.

Both times I brought my daughter here they were way behind. The first time was right after they reopened so I gave them the benefit of doubt. Today’s appt was set for 4pm. After waiting 28min in my car for their call to tell me they’re ready we walked up to the door. Maybe they forgot about us? Nope! The owner told us to go back and wait more and that being this far behind us just the norm with kids cuts. Huh? Her attitude was rude and unapologetic. We left the parking lot only to get our call at 4:50 that they’re ready for my daughter. Sorry. Nope. Not giving my business to this place.
