Thank you so much dexter !! You're the best!! Honestly I'm very happy I picked this salon ! Ive damaged my hair completely, Dexter is the first stylist that ever made me feel comfortable with my decision. I've always got denied for cutting my hair off cause ive always had it long and for the first time I get exactly what I wanted, a new look. I called Dexter yesterday to see if he could fit me in before a job interview I had today. Not only did he come in and open the salon just for me/to accommodate my situation, but he gave me literally the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. I have weird Hispanic thick/coarse curly hair and Dexter knew exactly how to cut, style, and blow it out. My hair looks the best it’s ever looked! Dexter was also super fun and easy to talk to while he was doing my hair, not to mention easy on the eyes! This felt like a true VIP experience and it was worth every penny of the cost. If you’re a person of ethnic or mixed ethnic background like myself and you’re tired of never getting the haircut results you ask for, definitely come see Dexter...it’s worth the small splurge!

I moved to Lacey about 1 year ago and needed a new stylist. I have African American hair and it's not always easy to find someone who can do my hair properly but I did! This is a an operated salon and he is awesome! I will not be going anywhere else. Prices are very reasonable.

I had my first ever appointment scheduled last week. It was during an inclement weather storm. I called Dexter 2 days before to confirm that he had my phone number in case he wouldn’t be able to keep my appointment due to weather. He agreed to call me if he needed to cancel. On the day of the appointment I proceeded to go to his shop because I hadn’t heard otherwise from him that he wouldn’t make it. I waited 30 mins and then called him. Moments after leaving a voicemail he texts me “I may not have power and I’ll call you later”. I was sitting in front of his shop in which all of the attached businesses had power. It has now been days and still no call back to reschedule, no apology for wasting my time or not honoring his commitment to call ahead if he needed to reschedule. This is extremely poor customer service! If he can do this on a first appointment why would I ever promote or recommend his business to anyone? I absolutely would not. It’s unfortunate for him because I’m a very great client to have. I’m loyal and tip very well anyone who provides such services to me.
