Should be zero star to begin with. I rented this place and worst management that I ever seen in my whole life. To start, the manager showed one spacious apartment in 1st floor and when I signed the lease it was a different tiny place and at basement.nWhen I asked the manager she denied and said this is the apartment.nnThis building have multiple vermin problems. I heard in past the rat is the main issue but what I went through mainly is the severe bed bug issues. My bed was itchy from day one and took some time to find that is the bed bug issues. The place is infested and afraid to even go back to my apartment. I made the complaint and the inspector found dead bugs and they never did the treatment properly. In addition, the management asked me to do all the laundry on my own expense and their comes the second part. These are coin laundry and really old and you just through money for nothing.nFinally, the management has the attitude which I never seen before. Once I found the place is not livable due to bed bug issues and management refused to either cancel the lease or move me to different unit. I ended up paying this ghost apartment up to end of the lease. Please think twice before you move here as they will lock you in for one year for this garbage place.

I have genuinely enioyed my stay during my three years renting a unit in The Bristol complex from Maple Realty, which seems to share this page. Anyone who loudly complains about their services has either a chip on their shoulder or a poor understanding of how apartment rentals work. The property manager is a kind and understanding gentleman whom I have seen to genuinely have his tenants' best interests at heart.nnRealty is a business, businesses need to make a profit, and housing is not free. Every issue I brought to them was addressed in a timely manner. My privacy was never compromised by surprise visits. I was always treated with respect. The property manager is an upstanding businessman which is sadly a rarity these days.nnShould I find myself needing another apartment in the Pittsburgh area, I will check Maple Realty's availability before looking anywhere else. You would be hard-pressed to find a better value for the price, and the management is a cut above the rest.

Good apartments for what you have to pay. There is a discount for paying early so it's relatively cheap and the apartment is pretty nice.nn1) It appears that they wax over unclean floors, so there was hair waxed into the floor in a lot of places. We managed to get a lot of it out but it was necessary as it was honestly pretty disgusting.nn2) You have to mail your rent out even though there is an office inside of the apartment complex. You also cannot pay online, so it is more inconvenient than it is a downside.nn3) The walls and floors are very thin, so you can hear your neighbors like they're right next to you. If you're not on the top floor, it is hard to sleep while the upstairs neighbor is stomping around.nn4) People typically let their children play in the street/parking areas which is very unsafe.

I rented a Squirrel Hill apartment for the past 3 years from Mr. Zytnick. He was always very responsive and pleasant. Any time I needed maintenance or had a question or concern regarding my rental, he did absolute his best to cater to me. I would recommend anyone looking for affordability and quality to contact Mr. Zytnick!

I have had a great rental experience with Zytnick Realty. I rented a studio apartment in Squirrel Hill. Mr. Zytnick was very kind to me and anything that needed repaired was done in a timely manner as Maintenance was so efficient. Charlene the Receptionist was friendly and efficient. I can't say enough good things about this company.
