If I could do zero stars I would. This place and these people are frauds. Do not work with them and never give them any of your hard earned money. Not only do they claim they never receive checks when they actually do but once you pay again for the second time, they'll try to cash the check they claim they never got. It's happened multiple times over the course of a year. We're now having to take legal action against them because of how terrible they are. Not only do they screw over tenants but the actual owners that own the property they're renting for them. They've taken our money to pay a different owner's payment because they couldn't afford to pay both of the owners so they decided on their own will to screw over our owner and tell him we never paid when we did because our checks were cashed. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DON'T EVER GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I own a landscaping company and worked for them personally and for other companies they managed. I sent invoices and they do not pay them out. They owe over $1,000 and they avoid even the constable when you try to take them to court. They will use each others names and screw you over without you realizing. BEWARE

Do not do business with these people . They are dishonest and will rip the tenant and home owner off . Was supposed to get security deposit back . That they had for 6 years home owner told them to return it in full to me . That was 2 months ago have not heard from Nancy or any one from office . There licences were revoked in 2015 and have multiple complaints with better business bureau. And have a f rateing . So if you want to get ripped off go ahead and use them . Or look elsewhere for a more reputable company
