Stefany stepped up to help me when I really needed to find a home quickly. She worked endless hours to find quality options in my price range. She never hesitated to meet me at odd hours of the day to work around my schedule. She is open and honest and I am glad she is my agent. If I ever need to move again she will be my first choice and my first call.

I am the owner of a small family real estate business and for the past several years Stefany Restelli has been my go to person for everything I need when it comes to our Real estate dealings. She has always been tenacious and detail oriented. If She didn’t have the answer to one of my many questions she would take the effort to find it. Her Communication is always excellent especially at closing time when things can be hectic. She makes herself readily available to view the many sometimes scary homes that we need to see. In a sentence: she is tenacious and dynamic and I will continue to use her as my first point of contact for all of our future real estate endeavors.

when I first work with the realtor Stephanie she was super helpful and friendly I recommend my friend to her and she also bought a house from her. After my house closing and I paid the check everything is worse. you can't never call the realtor. The appliances in the house are not working. the realtor told me that the city water is accessible, the seller have the sewage done and it should be easy to get water if I don't like the well water and I am a first home buyer now I moved in and the city water told us we have to pay $7000 for the water hookup we should be told. No one lied to us they just did not tell you the detail that you care and will affect you when you move in. the realtor stephanie is my husband friend that he worked with her for more than 9 years at the restaurant. I trusted her so much and this is what happen. we never have city water like we was told at beginning unless we want to pay $7000 for just to get clean water. It's legal to not telling buyer information if buyer don't ask but that why they need realtor who should help and support buyer because they get pay for that. it's is extremely unethical practices
