Pleasant Hills Boro is my hometown ('Though I now Iive in Lower Paxton Twp., a suburb of Harrisburg, PA).nnI grew-up in Pleasant Hills with my Parents, Bob & Sylvia Frazier, beginning in 1960-61 as an 11-12 year-old. During & after Law School, I served Pleasant Hills as its Pres. of Council, as a Councilman, as Founder & Chairman of its Planning Commission, & as Chairman of its Republican Party Committee, during the 1972-1980 time-period. Later, I served Pleasant Hills (Along with Whitehall Boro & parts of Brentwood, Baldwin, Castle Shannon, & Bethel Park Boros) as its State Legislator, 41st Diatrict, Allegheny County, PA, 1980-1982. From there my legal career as a Gov't. Prosecutors took me to the State Capitol in Harrisburg, PA where I continued to serve my hometown region & PA State at-large as both a Public Utility regulator & a State Prosecutor.nnThe Truth IS ... Need to educate resident about stop and yeld sign. Most of the residents in this area doesn't stop in stop sign.
