I have had no issues with my apartment except a few normal maintenance issues and they were resolved less than 24 hours of my maintenance request! My property manager is very responsive and polite and always gets back to me when I have questions. I have lived here 9 months and the area is very safe and the apartment is perfect size. I am very pleased with this property and the manager and maintenance team!

Birgo Reality has been amazing. I love that maintenance requests are answered and a worker shows up in the same day. The very next day, the issue was completely resolved. Not to mention, as we are in the middle of the pandemic, the technician respected the distancing guidelines and was constantly making sure his face mask was in place while working in a tight space.

My experience with Birgo Realty was fast from the application process to move-in. My leasing agent is understanding and works with you to make sure that all of your needs are met and all questions asked in a timely manner. The apartment I have is nice and suits me nicely, pet-friendly too and in a quiet neighborhood which I like. I definitely will be working with BR again in the future.

We just moved into a property managed by Birgo about a month ago. We ran into a slight issue which required assistance from the maintenance team—and that’s when I knew we made a great choice. First our property manager contacted me directly to discuss my issue in depth, and to make sure that any other questions/concerns I had (since we had just moved in) were addressed. Then the maintenance team came, and not only were they professional and competent, they were respectful and kind as well. Feeling like you matter to your property management company isn’t something you can buy—but apparently it’s included in the rent with Birgo!!

We moved into Pinnacle Heights Apartments, managed by Birgo, a few months ago. We have had an amazing experience from the start. The move in process is all online, a plus during a pandemic; they have online photos and even virtual tours. Our leasing agent Traci was great too; she answered my hundreds of questions, even after we had signed our lease. Move in day was super smooth; Traci and Bob (maintenance) came to the walk through to make sure our apartment was good to go. The apartment was spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. We had an issue with our dishwasher that required maintenance. The maintenance portal is great. You can submit your requests online and even choose when it’s convenient for you to have maintenance stop by. The neighborhood is peaceful and the views are awesome. Highly recommend Birgo and look forward to staying in our apartment for a few years.
