Simply put... DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!nAs stated in all of these reviews, Three Rivers is absolutely the WORST rental company you will experience ever!! They will nickle and dime at every opportunity they get, but they will fail to maintain anything with regards to the property. They take well over two weeks to cash your check but they will call you on the first of the month to ask if you have put it in the mail. I rented from them for a short amount of time and I have never dealt with more unpleasant people in my life. Don't waste your time renting from these people!

Would not recommend. They have no professionalism. The only ratings you will find online are extremely negative. Rick and Marian are by far the worst landlords I have ever encountered

DO NOT BOTHER! RICK AND MARIAN ARE THE ABSOLUTE SCUMMIEST, WORST LANDLORDS. SHOULD BE ZERO STARS.

Not worth your time to rent or buy. Very unorganized, don’t respond in a timely manner, and usually don’t have a worthy product to sell. Don’t bother wasting your time.

If you are planning to rent an apartment from Three Rivers Realty of Babcock Blvd, I can give 3 recommendations:nnThey will leave you alone.nnThey inspire persistence. You will probably have to email and or call them several times before you can get a service person to show up. Give it about 3 weeks to 1 month, and they've got your freezing, and/or malnourished back.nnThey force you to be charitable. They will inevitably keep the majority of your security deposit to fix the stained carpet, dinged walls, etc, left by the previous renter. Just paying it forward, I guess.
