Maria, the woman who answers the phone at the front desk is incredibly rude. I sent a check 2 weeks ago, and was informed that it was cashed. I called, and I asked her a simple question - “when would my property be surveyed?”nnShe began interrupting me, cutting me off, and was extremely rude and hostile.nnI will not be using this company in the future, and I will tell all my friends to steer clear. I can’t believe anyone would hire her to speak with their customers!nnThey have my money, and they won’t even tell me when my property will be surveyed.

I needed to have a boundary survey done on a residential property. I have no complaints about the completed work. It took literally double the estimated amount of time to complete, however, and wasn't done until I had called several times over several weeks after the expected date had passed to check in. Allegheny Land Survey had quoted a cost that was about 15% less than Tait Engineering but had a longer lead time, so I was displeased to pay more to have it take the same amount of time in the end.
