We are pleased to have Acri as our management company! Our manager is attentive, responds in a timely manner and works with the Board of directors to make our community the best it can be. They partner with fantastic vendors that get the job done right. Prescott Roofing recently replaced our roof; Acri found them for us. We could not be happier with the results.

I have known Acri both professionally and personally for almost 30 years. I know that they truly care about their clients and the members of the communities that they manage. They are very responsive and listen to the needs of the owners.nnI have good friends who live in Longvue and they recently switched over to Acri. They have been very impressed with how they handle things and see positive change in a short time.nnIf you are looking for a change in the property management of your community, I cant recommend Acri highly enough!

This company currently manages my townhome community. They do not return calls or address any concerns of property owners. Nick can not be bothered. He slacked on sending in payments to contractors to get work done so then it gets done months later. I have called and sent emails for about a year regarding a tree that’s about to fall on my house. Trees were just trimmed and cut, except the half dead tree on my hillside despite the emails and calls. I even called the week of cutting without a return call. Very disappointing I would not recommend this company.

Unprofessional company and I am 100% sure they are overcharging our HOA for very little service. I believe they use property information incorrectly and they asked me if I want to sell my property, which seems like a conflict of interest if they property management company is also being sales agents for the complex. I do not feel confident with this company having my information.

I've worked with Acri since 1994 with one townhome property I own, and continue to own. Since then, I purchased two condos in a different community, and moved in 2016.. The property manager at the condo community I moved to, was terrible, not qualified, and did nothing for the previous 10 years. I became a Board member, and recommended to the Board that they interview Acri to replace their manager. They did. And in the past four years, Acri has improved our property and community 1000%. With their knowledge and experience, our community gained so much! Better protection, better insurance, better service, and overall a living experience that is always improving. Rinaldo and each of his employee-team are personable, helpful, and reliable. Love Acri team!
