Worse realty company that I have ever dealt with. They never returned calls even after 2-3 calls to their emergency maintenance person. Took 3 days to fix the heat in the middle of winter, the apartment was full of sewer flies. the hallway (common hallway) was a mess and the lights were burnt out, but they never replaced the bulbs (10 foot ceiling, or I would have done it myself).nThe windows leaked in the rain and after it snowed.nThey came up with excessive charges to keep our security deposit such as $180 to remove shower hooks from the rod and $160 to remove a portable microwave from the kitchen that we accidentally left there.nAnd every time we called to talk to them, the receptionist was rude and never seemed to deliver messages. We always paid the rent on time and in full, by the way...nnAvoid them...
