Not a bad place to rent propertynOffice staff a little rude at times you just don't get that welcoming feeling when you walk in their office

Kim and her staff at WJ Kellar worked hard to find good tenants for our building for over 18 years. I owned a two apartment building they managed. The average length our renters live in our building was well over 7 years. Our tenants were happy to have a responsive management company to call for repairs and issues. And I was happy to have someone always available to deal with issues as they came up. Based on the length of time our renters stayed in our building, I think they would also agree WJ Keller did a good job!

Terrible Company to Deal with !!! I asked upon moving in if there was anything wrong w the home and they told me No. To find out HEAVILY MOLDED in the basement. it took them 2 months to come out and address the furnace which was red tagged by gas company. Still Living on west end of Pittsburgh. Looking for new Apt. They are very inconsiderate about they way that they take care of there tenants. I had Health dept out and they still have not fixed Mold issue in the basement. We got approved for new apt Letting them know And they gave us a hard time trying to get out of the contract. Filing Complaint with the Better business bureau as of 02/27. Please if anyone also is having issues file w the BBB and we are taking them to the magestrate due to they Tarnish your name if you try to leave early and they also lie to you saying that the only way out is to give us a 60 day notice. These Disrespectful ladies who work there Never answer phone an will not call you back. PLEASE IF YOU READ THIS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO LEASE I RATE THEM A -(NEGATIVE -10) OUT OF 0-10 hopefully they get some new employees but if you dont believe me I have a 3yr old a 2yr old and my fiance is pregnant and they Do not care about mold told me to put a humidifier in the basement and empty water after 24hrs. No We will see them in court I feel sorry if anyone else is going through something like this w kids. If you choose them Please look at review they over charge for rent.
