Pittsburgh Police Department Zone 6

Unfortunately, two tenants from different apartments got into an argument and the police were called. I was not there but I my understanding is that they handled the situation very well and de-escalated it with professionalism despite the insults that were thrown at them. Thank you officers for putting up with humanity on a daily basis! I could never ever do your job. Unfortunately most people are unawares of how difficult it is every day, dealing with unhappy people in unhappy situations. People call you with problems and emergencies, they don’t call you to see how you’re doing or to take you out to lunch. Thanks again. Phil O.

They didn’t put the handcuffs on too tightly. Very gentle putting me in the car. The backseat was very spacious. Although it was raining and cold they put the heat on for me while they raided my house. I needed to do some spring cleaning anyways and they actually found a few things I thought I might of lost. Overall very respectful cops were very nice to me if I were to get arrested again it would be by them.

my name is Scott kundar today on the date of June 20th 2019 at approximately the time of 12 pm noon officers 4 of them responded from zone 6 police department to 1025 Brookline blvd in Brookline it was there that an officer luff began people to find any way he could as an officer that was not clearly upholding the law to protect and serve as he takes a sworn duty and oath to do so now when I came out of my apt I heard police radios that's why I came out but I saw no police so I looked outside it was there 2 of them were walking back to there vehicles and as I was on the telephone and remained on the phone with building manager of said building if address listed who heard the whole interaction with the police officers now the black police officer not sure of name was very courteous and listened well to my complaint and my side but as we came in the building I observed 2 police officers 1 female who was very rude and made several comments to me to intimidate me to say something back so she could make an arrest now I believe the other officer who was her partner I believe his name was officer LUF of zone 6 police Pittsburgh PA as he was conducting an investigation I asked him to Conduct it correctly by looking at the storage lockers in the basement area to see that number 2 was my locker but was being taken by apartment one in the building he refused to do so or hear my side but continued stating this is a civil matter we have nothing to do with it I said then why are you here if you have nothing to do with he this officer stated I'm investigating I said what you just said it's a civil matter you have nothing to do with it so I said leave the property then and he refused to do so by stating this is public property I said when did a residence if housing become public so this was a case of he and his partner clearly want not to hear my side but have already believed the women in apt #1 so it is clear luff and his female cocky partner wanted nothing but for yo look for anything but to arrest me for anything so I asked luff for a supervisor and he refused stating he doesn't have to get one at all he instructed me call 911 and ask for a supervisor now people 911 is for emergency matters only why does he have a radio to call for one but is refusing by telling me to call 911 to tie up a emergency number for this reason if he told everyone to call 911 when there is no emergency then no one that has an emergency would be able to get through now would they people so now I tried to knock on #1 apt to inform as landlord gave me full permission to cut lock off and remove said belongings of #1 apt cause she was illegally using that locker when it isn't hers now I did what I was tokd and then before officer luff left he told apt#1 lady if he knocks on your door call us back and we will arrest him for harrassment now this officer just stated this was civil not criminal I didn't know it was illegal to knock on door to ask someone to remove there belongings before you do per owner of building now when I went outside I began recording officer luff and the other officers and in the course of that officer luff and his smart mouth female partner began yelling stuff from there vehicle they even turned around and came back yelling stuff from police vehicle and he stated what did you say thought you said something I said yes I'm using my right to freedom of speech and he stated go inside or I'll cite you for disorderly conduct I said how lawfully I'm on public side walk recording you in the line of your duties and he kept smiling and his female officer partner kept getting mouthy to intimidate me I to saying something so they could find anything to make an arrest see people that's what these officers do it's called bullying there badges and abusing them cause they think they are above the law they are not at all the are here for you people to protect serve and uphold the law not make up there own law and do what they want cause the have guns and badges it isn't right also on this date I called 911 as told to do so but stated it isn't an emergency

These people are not living up to their job description. They just collect a paycheck and get all the benefits and recognition of being an “officer of the law”. Dakota James was murdered!! Do your jobs and investigate. Stop being lazy and picking and choosing what you investigate.

I totally agree with the wait picking and choosing what I investigate!!! My neighbor brought her whole family to my house and they just let it go! Her dad said in front of the officer who hates going to any calls that his son was coming back later to shoot up my house, still nothing, then I caught her leaving her 2yr old and newborn home alone today and took video for them, still nothing. Instead he said he's filing charges on me for abusing 911. His officer told me yesterday to get video proof and call, so I did and he'd saying reporting a crime is abusing the 911 system!!! She started this days ago because my son got mud on her son, then yesterday she's pounding on my door saying I need to buy her son shoes or she's pressing charges because he has a fat lip. The vrry first officer said yhere was not a single mark on her kid n she lied. So she can call and lie n that's not abuse. But when her babies are hurt cause they're alone just remember it was reported, I even showed the cop the video, but since she wZw there when he got there he wouldn't do anything. This is how small children get hurt, because bad police do nothing. They're so afraid to be called racist now that I get in trouble for reporting the truth, but the black girl who called and lied, harassed my kid at school, threatened to shoot up my home and leaves her kids alone daily gets NOTHING done for all the laws she's been breaking
