Pittsburgh Police Department Zone 1

In September 2018, I walked into Zone 1 with a 302 order in hand. Just as I made it past the doors, a bald, white, overweight, middle-aged officer intercepted me at the door and, in ascertaining why I was there, proceeded to talk down to me as if I didn't know the law. (I'm a prosecutor and was dressed in a suit and tie.) Ultimately, other officers executed the 302 order expeditiously and competently, as they were legally required to do, but wow: that was not the treatment I'd expected as a taxpayer.

Got broken into five times in a year. Only sent an officer out on the fifth time. It never made it into the crime log so who’s to say that these crime statistics they release are even accurate.

Refuse to read the law , then haress a person when they tell u the law, wow Coruption

Shooting in broad daylight on my street last Friday..they didn't even believe it till they saw shells..They have no presence in Perry south whatsoever!.. Their have been many shots fired over the last couple months..I live on NorwoodnThere's probably 9 kids on my streetnThese police could care less..Never see them over here! Time to call the news about Perry South!

Just spoke to an officer and she was extremely kind, helpful and understanding. The situation was super stressful and she eased my concerns.
