We’ve been using A Comfort Services for 3 years. Friendly staff, they show up on time and are patient with our questions. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star rating is because of the surprise $50 fee for changing out our water panel. If I had known ahead of time I would have purchased a two pack online for half of the price and had it ready for the tech.nMoving forward it would be helpful to get details like this when you get the call to set up the service call.
Selected A-Comfort after pricing multiple vendors for new heating & ac in 2019... I've been happy with the decision ever since. I have the yearly service visits on the both systems to keep everything running at ultimate performance. Paul H, has been my technician twice, he's amazing! Great personality, professional, and takes time to explain what he's done and checks to make sure I don't have any follow up questions!! The scheduling team is amazing also, they work with my schedule and are great at keeping me in the know when to expect their techs.
This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had with a business! I recently had A-Comfort install a new Trane heating and AC system. I was convinced they were the company for the job by the amazing service I got on an AC repair from their tech Jared. Frank the co-owner came out and even got measurements to improve my airflow with a few new sections of duct work. The units have been running for a few months now and tackled our 100+ degree weather without breaking stride. Looking forward to seeing the heater in action this Winter. The whole crew here is amazing and deserves your business!
We recently renovated an old home on Perry Highway. We were under a tight timeline as well as budget. A-Comfort and specifically Mark and Frank were responsive, professional, and provided us with what we needed and within our budget. Mike and the installation crew were hardworking, did quality workmanship and kept to the project timeline. Outstanding customer service! We could not be more pleased with A-Comfort Service and highly recommend them. Thank you guys!
Very professional crew. Fastest service imaginable cause we were freezing. Guys were great, informative , respectful and very great clean up! John and I are very satisfied. And greatly appreciative. I recommend this company to everyone!!!! Thanks again great job!
