This was the best service experience I have had in my long life. I had an incredibly difficult sewer repair/replace project to sell our home. The job was nearly impossible due to the terrain and the timeline was short. Kevin (Co-owner) was very nice and responsive and visited the site with his excavator and promptly provided a quality quote. Joe (co-owner), Jesse and David (excavator)...were also world-class. They took my problem off my shoulders and figured how to successfully accomplish the task on-time. They were a pleasure to work with and have earned my life-time loyalty. Other bidding companies wanted time & material (uncapped), proposed double the cost or stated they could not handle the job. This was a high-stress situation but BFP did not flinch at anytime. I could not be happier. Thank you Team!!!
I was dealing with a broken toilet flange. They were able to come quickly, on time and the repair was done very well. Cleaned up after themselves.
I am happy to say I only needed 1 visit. The plumber was so professional. He explained everything, including cost. Fixed perfectly and very reasonable.
Main waste pipe from upstairs to basement leaked due to age. Damaging walls floors in 1st floor bath.
Wow.... this plumber company looks does not have any insurance for general liability and that makes clients scared.nnI agree that if something happens while a plumber is working on a client’s property and something in their home breaks or gets damaged, the plumber company have to pay for the cost of repairs.
