The Home Depot

Went to home depot to rent a drill with hammer. Customer service is excellent . I am a female with limited experience with home projects. The employee had taken his time explaining everything. Called from home asking a question about the drill. Answered with no problem. I love going to this home depot

Purchased a wheelbarrow which thought it would come in a box, well when I went to pick up it was put together and did not fit in the back of my truck. The young man that brought it out to my truck was so very helpful, he went in and got what he needed to take it apart so that it would fit. He was very courteous and pleasant.

I was at Home Depot on Mcknight road today and received help from employee Bill Bates. Friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable and knew where a very specific o ring was which was a drawer item so not readily available and hidden (also a bit obscure). Very refreshing to see someone so eager to help and went right to it, grabbed part and done! I've been to home depot before and had people very reluctant to help, congregating in corners together, turning the other way when they saw me walking down an isle and/or looking for something so this was very refreshing and welcome. I like Home Depot inventory wise but would like to see more people like this within it's walls. Getting more people with this work ethic, knowledge, and mentality would do you well, thanks!

They had all the cleaning supplies that I couldn't find at my grocery stores & the associates are actually very pleasant & helpful.

Getting paint! Paint associate was friendly and when one paint just didn't look right, he decided to remake it again with a new base paint. Cashier was also friendly and asked if I needed anything else. Great job!
