Ray helped me out with a few big projects and I'm very thankful that I chose him. I purchased 2 duplexes. 1 was a total Reno. I highly recommend Dapper property solution I have been trying to get rid of some property for about 5 years then I ran across dapper property solution they look at the property and in less then two weeks we were signing the transfer of dead. He kept me posted on every step of the way letting me know step by step what was going on. He was very professional. I highly recommend THIS COMPANY

I absolutely recommend Dapper! I got stuck with a property that I could not work on and they were able to help me get it sold within a week! I got exactly what I wanted and was able to walk away from a headache with little stress. Very true to their word!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Dapper Property Solutions Inc. I had a broken window in my 2nd floor bathroom during a winter snow storm. I was able to have them come out and replace my old broken window with a bigger more energy efficient window the same day that I called. He was able to install this window in the snow and did so for a fair price. He even rehung my mini blinds!
