The experience with Phil was of professional Quality from the first meeting. He came to my house to estimate the sales price on a Sunday dressed up an ready to talk business. You could tell from the start his professional knowledge and experience of the housing market and it was also comforting to hear his words of advice on things that needed fixed or worked on before the house went on the market. He and his company explained the details of the whole process from start to finish, not only at our first meeting but then again each step of the way. It was also Top quality how Albert Anthony Real Estate does the 3D tours along with the virtual tours and the videos to go along with it. There is no doubt you can see a house so much better via a 3D tour than just pictures and I am certain this helped sell my house in a fairly quick manner. Phil's personal videos of the house were an added quality you do not see often when looking for houses these days. Albert Anthony took all the worry from me in reviewing or making sure I had things ready to go because they took control of anything.

I am so fortunate to have worked with Phil Anthony and his team. Phil is very knowledgeable about the Pittsburgh market, and highly skilled in the negotiation process. His communication is superb - I almost never had to wait more than a few minutes for a reply. After I bought my home, he and his team continued to answer my questions, and even helped me correct a mistake I made with my home warranty. They truly went above and beyond my expectations. Their company and family also make generous donations of time and energy to local organizations, and give back to the community in so many ways. This company is all heart and you will not find a better realtor!

Worst property management I’ve ever dealt with. Lack of communication, overpriced rentals, Anthony forgets communication often. No respect for tenants. Enters property without permission.

What an experience! Moving to a new city, knowing no one, nor the lay of the land, this company made me feel right at home. As a first time home buyer, the unfamiliar process can be quite overwhelming. The Anthony family is very welcoming, professional, and led me through the process with such ease.
