I have had the pleasure renting from Donovan & Associates for almost 7 years now. They are incredible to rent from, and I'm shocked to see the prior reviews. They're extremely speedy and on top of any issues that arise. If you're renting in the Pittsburgh area, make no mistake, these guys are the best!

Seems to me they charge 30 for a 15$ credit check. And unless your credit is perfect then your incompetent. Non refundable. Several ...people been denied for strange reasons like incomplete credit reports no information. But yet they say you didn't pass our credit check. Would not recommend them to anyone..
