I've had some really helpful experiences and some less helpful times depending on the officer. For instance I was unwell one day and one officer would not go outside to check on my bike right outside the station (on the presumption that is is locked up so wont get stolen) - maybe he was busy? In general, they do pretty tolerant and efficacious work. Officer Staggard (not sure if I spelled that correctly) is on my short list of one of the most incredible people around here. I asked his name one day when he helped me out. He is very understanding, professional & genuinely concerned with the welfare of the people around the neighborhood.

Towed my car the fine =20% of total cost of the car!
