The crew came over to fix a loose toilet and accidentally cracked a pipe in our upstairs bathroom that caused a serious leak. Sembower-miksell (crew and boss) quickly took responsibility and contacted their insurance to fix the issue. Great service! We appreciate the honest dealings and will use them for other repairs in the future, if needed. We were locked out of the house by the crew one day due to misunderstanding but they always left the house secure. Class act!
