Cynthia is the worst person on the planet. She has been charging residents late fee, knowing that governor Inslee memorandum states that she can not since March 16, 2020 and now it had been extended until October. She will be receiving a phone call from the Attorney General of Washington. I hope she gets fined huge!!!!

The kettles are some of the worst people on the planet. if you rent from them they will try and ruin your Life. One star is too many for these horrible landlords And horrible people

Living here is a wonderful experience. The grounds are well cared for, the management is a delight and its so close to shopping, restaurants and bus lines. We love it. We've lived here for over three years and have no plans on moving.

If I could give this Real Estate agency 0 starts I would. I lived in a home that I was renting from Cynthia Niles and I have to say it was my worst experience yet. She is sneaky and never responds to her tenants in a timely manner. She will do anything and everything to get a nickel form you. I would highly recommend looking else where for homes... I lived there for 8 months before I needed to get the hell out. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I walked into what I thought was the managers office for a nice quiet serene cottage units.nnI was looking around the neighbor hood and saw reality sign and thought maybe they had some homes for rent, like a list...to pick up. go look at the ones of interest and come back for keys and walk through and fill out application for my new home for myself and my 3 beautiful kids.nnwell the office was filled with excitement and fun immediately upon my erance. it had that it quality that puts this business ahead of the rest. one of the residents and the manager were working in office and immediately got up to great me and I cant explain it right, but it was like I already was home. the welcome felt like they really were happy I came in.nnthe properties on that site were perfect for me. I loved the people and the place.nnid started walking in the sun and then it was dark when I left. not late...just a big rain was coming. the woman working were so warm and safe and good at their business. they gave me an umbrella, and offered me a ride to car. in hindsight I kind of needed a ride, but this is the best ever real estate place I ever went to and it is not something I can explain expect they went the extra mile to help meet my specific needs and it is a nice business.nnlike marilyn
