Cycle does not take responsibility when they misplace paperwork and instead blame tenants. The owner is incredibly condescending and rude. I recommend avoiding them, but if you must rent from Cycle make sure to get confirmation/receipts for anything you turn in, whether it's paperwork or a payment.They are incredibly disorganized, take a long time (sometimes weeks) to get back to you about things, and if they misplace something they will blame it on you and gaslight you.

Not a great experience, they say they'll try to work with low credit, but you have to have verifiable rental history or no dice.

Petty, rude, unhelpful and unlawful. If it makes them a quick buck they'll force you into a house or apartment thats well under code. They treat their tenets like children and will continuously deny wrong doing. Avoid at all costs.

I viewed one of the apartments. The apartment was, ahhh...it had 4 walls. The person showing me the apartment said it was first come first serve. He also stated that once they had an application in they will notify everyone else that an application was on file. I waited two days and then went to the office to put my application in. First I was told no one had an application turn in yet. I then went to get the application fee. I returned with 60 dollars for the 45 dollar fee. They didn't have change so as I was about to leave to get change. The person who showed me the apartment came out and stated that there was a application on file. When I asked him why I wasn't notified of the application like you stated. He told me that he never said that...really!!! Bad business all around. Try somewhere else.

This place have me hope. The women in the office had great attitudes and vary friendly.
