We've been living at a house managed by Hometown for a year now. They have been excellent in communication and timeliness. We know that any concerns we have will be addressed quickly and correctly. In fact, we like them so much that we have signed up for another year!

They will steal money from you. We bought a house, and had to break our lease. It’s impossible to time that perfectly when your lease is up. Cleaned the place up nice. They rented it out immediately, and they charged us $1000 for breaking the lease. WA state renters laws say that’s illegal, even if they hid it in their contract. Don’t use them. Unprofessional, disrespectful on the phone, and shady.

We had a wonderful experience with Hometown. Before we had them rent our home for us, we were renters under them for two years. When we found out we were under orders, only a year and a half after owning our own home, we were so nervous with what we would do with our home. I called and spoke with our previous manager at hometown about the process, and Sue and Donna had taken such great care of us from the Olympia office, that I knew I could trust them with this. We had them manage our property for three years. We left our home in a hurry to get on the road to our next duty station and fell behind in our schedule to make sure the house was completely cleaned and ready to go, but our property manager said just get n the road and they would take care of it, and they did! They were able to get in there and clean it up within a few days to get it on the market. They worked really hard to get our home rented. Hometown handled everything and made sure they were always in contact with us about everything. It made moving away so much easier and we are so grateful that they took such good care of us. I highly recommend working with them.

Very nice rental house. Didn't plan on leaving but bought a house. Once or twice needed repair or help and the response was almost immediate. Thumbs up for Hometown.
