A lot of staff turnover, difficult to find out the terms and rules for using coworking space, and terrible customer service from central office. I was told I could do a temporary subscription, but they kept charging me after I tried to cancel. I have had to have numerous calls and emails over the past month and it is still not resolved. The staff in the office is nice, which is why they get 2 stars instead of 1, but they can’t help with subscription questions and dealing with the larger Regus corporation is a huge pain.

We just moved into the office here on Union Ave. The space is beautiful, very modern and professional look and feel. The location is excellent very easy for customers to find and convenient freeway access. Parking in the attached lot or gated private parking garage next door is excellent. The services provided are great and will save our company money on a monthly basis. I highly recommend this office to any professional looking for an office in Olympia.

As a small business owner, I am beyond thrilled that our Olympia market finally supports the existence of a Regus business center. It quite literally couldn't be any easier. The location is ideal, the offices are beautifully remodeled and maintained, the friendly staff welcome clients with a smile and offers of amazing beverages, and practically every detail is taken care of. There are many other commercial office options available in this area, but none offer this level of service without great expense and effort. It just works. If you're looking for flexible or full-time workspace options or even just a clean and attractive meeting space, Union 400 is definitely worth consideration!

Great space to work out of! We are making a feature film and used this space for our offices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is an ample amount of parking with security into the office. We sat down and immediately started working. This reminded me of a studio office in Los Angeles or New York. We wish we had the entire space to ourselves!nSaves time and money by having phone, ethernet, and a copier ready for use. Modern decor made the space very welcoming.nWe highly recommend this space for any short or long term business.

Love my new office space. It's so nice to go in every day and be greeted by smiling faces and all my guest are greeted with the same smiling faces and asked if they would like coffee, tea, hot cocoa or water. Great place to come to work everyday.
