White Knight Plumbing

This is my first time using White Knight. Adam was punctual,npolite, and very knowledgeable. He explained exactly what the problem was and went to work fixing it. Price was very reasonable and the job was well done.nCertainly I would recommend them.

This crew is class, and I would endorse them every day of the week. We have had repairs and installations done by them several times now and every experience has been positive. Cost conscious and practical, and it's all done right.

We first used White Knight on a very minor issue. We were very impressed with the owner (as it was so minor he charged less then what his minimum service call is and what we were expecting) and made a mental note to call if we needed a plumber. We just needed a plumber again and called to have some clogs resolved. Came same day and the cost was very reasonable compared to others our tenent had checked on.

Terrible service. I felt like installing my garbage disposal was a major inconvenience and that I troubled him by requesting service.

I setup an appointment with White Knight for today between 10 and 10:30. Was told 24 hours in advance that they would be there. I needed them to give me an estimate on a job for one of my clients. I parked at the gate so I could let them in once they arrived. At 11 I called the office to ask where the plumber was. No answer. Called back about a half-hour later and got an answer. She informed me that the plumber was just leaving his other job (20-30 minutes away) and was headed my way. I informed her of my situation and that I couldn’t wait all day but if I saw the truck or if he called my cell I would come open the gate. He never showed up. If time is as important to you as it is to me, you may want to call a different company. It isn’t hard to pick up a phone to let folks know you’ll be late or don’t plan on showing up at all.
