We recently needed to have our old pipes replaced and contacted Olympic Plumbing Technology through their website. We received a response immediately. Garett came out to do the estimate and did a phenomenal job of communicating clearly the work to be done, including which walls needed to be cut for access, how the work would be done, and the various options available. Scheduling was easy and the job was done in a timely manner. Everyone we dealt with through this company was very professional, friendly, and honest including Garett, Kevin, Brian, and Jenna. As a real estate agent, I often need quality services for my clients. Some sellers had roots blocking their sewer lines and OPT had quick availability, great customer service, good communication, offered a couple of options, and took care of the situation right away! Garrett and his apprentice called ahead to let me know when they would be arriving. Work to run a gas line for me began right away. They also replaced a rusted pipe on the water heater. They were professional, communicated with me each step of the process, cleaned up after their work was done and completed the job in the scheduled time frame. My master valve started to leak and needed to be replaced. This one was well above my pay grade and needed some help right away. Olympic Plumbing rearranged somethings and got a tech out the next morning who was professional and easy to work with. Did a great job. I normally try to do things myself but there are times when you need to admit the repair is above your pay grade and call in a pro.
