Don't rent a property here. They can't even manage to inspect properties, pay water bills, or find contractors. This place is a joke. I had a water heater that put CO into the basement bad enough to make the detector go off and that took them 6 months or more to fix. I moved in to a house where the previous tenant showed up with a key and the list goes on.nnIf they can't manage these tasks what makes you think that they can do anything when it comes to selling?

No matter how much research and preparation you do before you begin the journey of selling or purchasing a home - it will not be enough. Working with an experienced agent to protect your interests and help you with your home sale or search will be invaluable. As a Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker, I have been provided excellent tools and training to confidently assist my clients. Barb Law and the administrative staff have been very helpful throughout my career there. I've also been a happy client, having made two of my own home purchases and financed through Coldwell Banker Mortgage/PHH both times. I would highly recommend working with the Coldwell Banker Airport Office.

This agency managed my rental property for years. As I live cross-county I was unable to check on the property, and after four years I was able to make it there. Much to my dismay my house was in horrible condition. The carpet was black, the walls were different shades of color, the front door was broken. They gave the most recent tenants back their security deposit even after they had an unauthorized dog in my house. Don't use these guys as your property manager.
