DeSantis Property Management is very professional. Chris found a great tenant for my property and he and his team are always readily available for any questions I may have. They also respond to any tenant issues immediately. They do a terrific job!

Chris is a very nice guy. I moved in and found there is no AC in the room. I left a voice message to him. He called me back and let me to pick up one in store directly and refunded me through credit on my lease account.

Chris was extremely helpful and pleasant to rent from. Any issues I had were quickly remedied and he worked with me from day 1. Would most certainly rent from him again.

Chis took the time to understand my rental property and we discussed my concerns in detail. I had a lot of questions which were all answered to my satisfaction. I think their services are very affordable considering all of the services included.
