I wish I could give zero stars for this company. They do not answer their phones and they do not call you back. Incredibly unprofessional.nnThey sent an HOA fee to a lawyer's office and more than doubled said fee. The letter they sent did not provide adequate information to pay the fee online. Any time I tried to reach them to get the issue resolved, no one would answer or return the phone call.nnFurthermore, they refuse to waive the $75 fee because they claim I never called or left a message in 2020. I have call logs proving otherwise.nnDo not trust this company. They should all be completely ashamed of themselves for the way they treat people.

Absolutely useless management company. I've had the displeasure of working with them in a few neighborhoods in which I own rental properties and in the community that I live in. They are slow and avoid resolving any real issues. As a real estate investor, I'd stay as far from this company as possible. As a home owner, I'd avoid their communities if possible.

BAD COMMUNICATION!!!! Called office many times on a home to rent, not once did we ever get a returned call. Called one more time, why waste at this point 3 weeks later, but we liked the home, it was being removed off the market, yet they never reached out. Then SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Moral, that should be ENOUGH for anyone as to NOT RENT from them!
