I’ve been living here for a few years and overall it’s been a good experience. The few times I’ve had maintenance requests the responses have been very quick and the maintenance staff incredibly friendly and professional. The web portal for payments makes things easy and I enjoy the backyard area. The only thing that would make living here more enjoyable is if they were a pet friendly property.

I lived here for 3 months In a 1 bedroom . It is in a nice area and convenient location and was a good place to live I recommend it . I was working night shift and it was pretty quiet. There was lots of trees and a nice view from the sliding door. I looked at a lot of apartments in the area and this is The nicest one

Let me just say the customer service at Sharon Park goes above and beyond. The property manager Austin is extremely accomadating. i explained to him that my last apartment was ran by a slum lord and I was very hesitant to get into another lease agreement. From that point on Austin did everything he could to make sure my move in was as seamless as possible. Thank you so much Austin and the team at Sharon Park!!

Mice are a big problem in my apartment. I have several traps in place at all times. I actually woke up one morning with one crawling on me in bed. Just cannot seem to get rid of them.
