She is very knowledgeable about our area because she is a life long local and is very connected to the community. Samantha is professional, responsive, organized, and listens to what you want. She isn't a pushy sales person; she genuinely wants to find the right property for you and is realistic about what you're looking for.nnThe staff at River Point is very friendly and easy to work with. I cannot recommend River Point Realty highly enough. They got my family into our dream home at a great price and sold our former home in less than one day at over asking price. Ryan Brown was our agent. His knowledge of the market and ability to strategize to make a deal is truly unparalleled. Their office manager, Michelle Wright, was extremely helpful in coordinating the buying and selling process and made it a breeze for my family and I. I would not go elsewhere for any of my future real estate needs.

River Point is different on many levels. It starts with Michelle the office manager - organized, always happy and thorough. Then the agents - helpful, knowledgeable, skilled on both sides (buy/sell), this includes Samantha Meese, Morgan, Carl and Donna who I will use as my agent moving forward for all transactions. Finally, the owner, Ryan Brown and his wife Aya are just all around good people. You will never meet anyone in Pittsburgh as informed, thorough and honest as Ryan when it comes to Real Estate.

Without a doubt, River Point Realty (especially Bobby Stienstraw), are the most professional, efficient, and client friendly realtors in the Greater Pittsburgh Area.nnMy girlfriend and I embarked on the very scary process of buying a house in April of 2019. Within just one week of talking to Bobby, we were pre-approved for a loan and had toured 3 homes that almost perfectly met the expectations we asked Bobby to consider when finding a home for us.
