Not only were they competitive on pricing, they suggested a different size of equipment than their competitors. Turns out they are spot on about their advice! Very efficient, friendly, professional, and responsive. Highly recommend Gino and his team!
Our furnace stopped working overnight out of the blue and I called Gino from Sta So Cool, as he had provided excellent and quality service in the past. We discussed the problem on the phone and he came out to examine the furnace very quickly. He identified the problem fast and was able to get the furnace working again for us. Great service, professionalism and quality of work all around!
Everyone was careful with the COVID-19. They were all very professional and got everything put in and our house is soo comfortable now. Thanks to everyone who helped at our house.
Our furnace stopped working last evening unexpectedly. After a bit of a panic due to it being Friday evening, we found Sta So Cool via an on-line search and were very lucky to have Gino available to help us. He was understanding, honest, and professional. He assessed the situation and explained everything to us. He was able to correct our problem and get our heat back on within a very short time. We will definitely recommend this company to our neighbors and friends. We’re lucky to have Sta So Cool in our area!
