Jersey Mike's Subs

My husband and I love this Jersey Mike's location and have made it an annual stop on the way to Ocean Shores. We first stopped there last year heading to our honeymoon and just stopped there again yesterday for our 1st year wedding anniversary trip. The subs are perfect to take on the go and we love to eat them on the beach while watching the sunset. Both visits Amanda and the rest of the staff went above and beyond, making sure my gluten free sub was celiac safe! Amanda remembered us from last year and we remembered her! What a wonderful start to our vacation! Thank you Amanda!! You are amazing!

WORST JERSEY MIKE’S EVER BEEN TO!!! Waited for over an hour just for 4 sandwiches being picked up. Unprofessional staff person slamming doors because it was busy. If you are a food app delivery driver, you should definitely DECLINE the pick up at this location. No customer service shown there whatsoever!

Usually I am a huge fan of Jersey Mike’s but I went into the sleater Kinney and Martin way location to pick up an Uber order and it was the worst experience ever. First I sat there for 20 minutes before they realized they gave my pick up to a door dash driver. Then 5 minutes later I asked how long it would be until the food was ready and they had lost the order ticket. In total I have been waiting an hour so far and I’m still here waiting cause I feel bad for the customer. On top of that the manager on shift was extremely unprofessional slamming doors and pans cause she was frustrated that she was busy. She even got called out by a customer who said “it must really be hard to work with you how you are always slamming stuff. Your giving me anxiety just standing here.” I will never be back to this location to eat or accept deliveries again.

First time. Son had a Tuna sandwich. He really liked. I had the Italian sandwich. Was good. Lots better than Subway for sure.

My order was ready and waiting for me when I got there. Food tasted great!
