Great food. A tad expensive

Love all the options for the wings! We sat in the bar area and our server was very attentive and sweet. I wish I had gotten her name!! Great experience ud83dude42

This visit will be my last.nWe waited 10 minutes to be seated in a cramped lobby that included people who were not wearing masks. This was inspired of the seating area being almost empty.nWhen we were finally seated, we were not waited on for another 10 minutes.nWe ordered an appetizer that arrived 10 minutes after our main courses.nOur appetizer (wings) were both overcooked and cold. Our main courses were both incorrect, and barely warm.nThe waitress was clearly overwhelmed. She voluntarily confirmed this as she apologized profusely for the lack of service and getting the orders wrong. She was nice, but clearly in over her head.

Food was okay. Not used to the original Buffalo tasting so buttery. The real problem was with the servers. They were all way too focused on their friends being in the restaurant from the moment we got there. We had to navigate our way through 4 teens bringing coffee to friends just to be seated. Once seated, it took a hostess going to the waitress at the table across from us with her obvious friends to tell her to take our order. After that we weren’t checked on once. We watched the waitress sit and converse with her friends until seen by a manger at which point she would stand. Most of the waitstaff and food runners were incredibly rude. As a prior server, I always tip generously and this was my first time EVER leaving $0.

I spent most of the 2019 NFL football season watching games at this establishment on Sundays, which I always enjoyed. The employees were all great: good at their jobs and very personable. I returned this past Saturday (8/8/20) and although many of the employees were new, the experience was the same.nnLily deserves special acknowledgment, as she has been working at this location for quite a while now. She's always working hard, but also always has a smile on her face. She interacts well with the customers and (from what I can tell) her co-workers. Her ability to build rapport stands out in an establishment with a lot of great employees. She understands customer service and is consistently a pleasure to interact with.
