I had a very positive experience with Long’s replacement of our aging water heater. They were very prompt with fixing our issue and completely professional. I was so impressed that I had them come back and install a water softener. I would recommend this business without reservation.

Today was not my first experience with this company which is why I felt completely happy to call them back to my home. The professionalism, quality of work and ability to explain the problem and options are top notch. In addition, the final cost was very reasonable. I plan to replace my water heater later this year and will be giving them a call.

Eric came right over when I called about a grinder pump issue. Was able to fix the problem and was very clean with his work. Highly recommend for any plumbing issues.
