SELLER BEWARE: Mr. Shaffer will trap you in a contract.....not allow you to get out of your contract..... when his services are subpar. He doesn't market, no open houses, NOTHING!! This is a crazy market and he can't sell a prime home. He is a scam artist. RUNn***I am only giving him a one star because I have to put a star to post!
