We bought a home from Burkentine and moved in the last week of November. My wife and I were impressed during the whole process with their team's professionalism and responsiveness.nnDespite complications of COVID and the holiday calendar, the company pulled out all stops to get us in the new home during Thanksgiving week...just in time to beat a deadline to vacate the house we sold.nnOur special thanks to Steve, Amy, Maura, and Ky. We love the home and neighborhood...and would highly recommend Burkentine to anybody in the market for new construction in southern Pennsylvania.

Working with the Burkentine Family to build a home was truly phenomenal and effortless experience. They offer a range of beautifully constructed styles of homes that cater to your home needs and budget. If you're a 1st home buyer or a previous homeowner, you will not be disappointed with their patience with helping or reminding you about the home buying process. If you're not ready to buy a home they also have rentals until you are ready to lay down your roots. I have a family remember in their rental community and they love it. Quinn is an exceptional sales representative if your are interested in purchasing a townhome or the duplex homes. His response time and attention to all incoming house hunters is truly amazing. Of course no matter what style of home you are interested in they have a wonderful team to assist you. You will not be disappointed choosing a Burkentine Home.

If you’re looking to build or buy a home that’s already been built, you just can’t go wrong with this team!

We just bought from Burkentine and they were FANTASTIC!nnFirst of all, the house is just gorgeous. I have never been so happy with any other place I've lived in. It's a lovely neighborhood with the houses well spaced apart for reasonable prices.nnSecond, the staff are very accommodating. We had to push our settlement date back 3 times because the buyer for our prior home was using an unreliable lender, and Burkentine was understanding and supportive. They never threatened to end the contract and even chipped in to help pressure the buyer's lender to stop screwing around.nnWe just had our first warranty service call (settlement crack and a loose door, nothing major) and they came quickly and fixed everything right away.nnI'm hoping not to move again anytime soon, but if I do, I would definitely use them again.

Me and my fiance just purchased a new construction home from them. All the work was done great! They were very helpful with any and all questions we had. I would definitely recommend this company to other people!
