My wife and I have successfully purchased two properties in the past 6 years. The process is stressful and I have had no stress. This young lady has given her all every time she steps up to the negotiation table and I would refer her to anyone looking for a dedicated, honest, and straight down to earth realtor.nnHonest- She is not going to push you into anything that is going to put your financial situation into jeopardy. She has the best intentions with every sale and likes to keep her customers happy.nnDedication- She will stand by you and give you all the information that you need to be successful as a first time/ multiple home owner.nnDown to earth- Does not need to make a sale if it is not for the benefit of her client. Will do everything in her power to get you everything you need to be happy with your purchase.nnEvery person I speak to about purchasing property, knows how i feel about Kim and she will have my reference for ever. Anyone in the Maryland/Pennsylvania area should definitely check her out. and make sure to do your research on your realtor before proceeding on the journey of buying a house. A person does not want to regret the biggest purchase of their life and Kim will ensure that you are fully educated on the decision you are making.

I simply cannot say enough good things about my experience in buying my home with Kim. She is very knowledgeable about the home buying process from start to finish and makes home buying seem less intimidating; especially since I was a first time home buyer when I met her. I recommend her to literally everyone who tells me they are buying or selling their homes. Kim made me feel like a priority throughout my entire experience with her and even followed up with me to be sure that I still LOVED the home that she sold me. I intend to continue to use her services for all of my further real estate investing. I encourage you to give her a call if you haven’t already.

Ms. Burton is the best! I have worked with her on two projects. She does an amazing job of making sure every t is dotted and every i is crossed. I can't say enough about how great she is. She knows her stuff upside down and backwards. Pointed me in the correct directions for my loan. She guided me for my first and second house! She is what every realtor should be like! I will be looking for more houses in the future and will definitely choose her again!

I can't say enough good things about Kim Burton. She KNOWS her STUFF! She has been in this field for many years, works HARD to make sure she sells your home or gets you into the home you love. She is dedicated to making sure you love your experience working with her. Kim is a wonderful realtor and great to work with when looking to purchase your home. If you know exactly what type of home you are looking for let her know ahead of time and that is what she will schedule to show you. We found a home in just 2 weeks after only looking at 5. She made the process of buying our home easy and really worked for us in getting items fixed by the sellers and getting them to pay most of our closing costs. She is wonderful and I would highly recommend her as a realtor.
