My husband and I contacted Rose Beaverson at McCallister and Meyers a little over a year ago to help facilitate a short sale; we were in danger of losing our home to foreclosure and had just experienced a tremendous and tragic loss as well. Rose was very kind and considerate and helpful. She and her team worked tirelessly for a year trying to get the short sale approved. Unfortunately our mortgage lender was not very cooperative. Things started going downhill with the process a few weeks ago and our house sold at a sheriff’s auction this past week. While we appreciate Rose’s help, we were not contacted by her or anyone on her team to let us know the short sale process did not go through. We found out when the man who purchased our home at the auction came by the property to let us know. Not contacting us was EXTREMELY disrespectful and rude. My husband texted Rose as well and she never responded until two days later. And we found out from Rose’s previous employer, after posting a negative review about her, that she is now with EXP Realty. She never bothered to tell us. So very disappointed at this unprofessional behavior. We would not recommend this agency as it seems they let clients fall by the wayside when they are no longer useful to them.nn[this post is under my maiden name as it was created years ago under that name]
