I rented off of them maybe 3 years ago and never had a problem Jeff and the team was nice response quickly to any of the problems and definitely worked with you if I could I would rent again from jeff

They do not fix anything, the house was full of mold, the roof leaked and the hot water heater went up,Nothing was ever fixed

We met with Jeff to view a rental property that we ultimately did not go with. Jeff was quite arrogant and rude during the end of our tour. We commented on the odd layout which included an exterior door to bedroom, a second tiny bedroom that could fit only a twin bed, a closet with stairs to a wall, a fireplace mantel without a fireplace and he replied with an incredibly rude attitude saying 'that was my opinion'. I would not rent any properties from him due to the poor attitude and general lack of friendliness for someone that works so closely with its customers.

Jeff is really nice when you're signing those papers and giving him your money but as soon as he has it that's it... They're trying to charge me for a sewer bill for usage a a month before I moved in... He was adamant that I'm going to pay the bill don't trust these people... Jeff is a charlatan... even his turnover rate for employees is horrible because his employees that I've spoken to already have said the same thing that they're Shady...nnUPDATE... THEY NEVER INVESTIGATED THE BILL AND DECEPTIVELY FORCED PAYMENT DURING THE PANDEMIC... ALSO GAVE CAUCASIAN RENTERS PENALTY FORGIVENESS FOR LATE RENT BUT DECEPTIVELY HAD ME PAY BACK RENT PLUS PENALTIES... PEOPLE NOF COLOR BEWARE...
