If I could give them less than one star I would. We started using them 9 years ago for property management, since then we have had numerous tenants that do not pay the rent.nnDO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY.

We're just in the beginning stages of forming a relationship with this business by renting one of their homes we've been working with Margaret and she's been extremely friendly and we're looking forward to moving into our new home

For Jonas Salk to personally attack the owner is bullying, if you had a bad experience you can post about that and only that. I personally rented from Margaret and New Beginnings for 4 years and my experience was exceptional.
