If you are in the market for a realtor, STA is the absolute best! My husband and I have used them to sell two houses and buy two houses, and each time had great experiences! If you are buying a home, they truly care about finding you your dream home. Nicole and Colin are not in any way pushy just to make a sale. In fact, they sometimes encouraged us to keep looking when we were conflicted. If you are selling a house, they truly want to get you a deal you are happy with! Colin, Jim, and Nicole also are so creative with marketing houses, which in our experience leads to a quick sale!! I would and have recommended them to anyone!

The STA team went above and beyond all expectations. Colin and Jim made selling our starter home and buying a forever home an enjoyable process, even during some stressful situations.They were available for the thousand of questions I had, even the dumb ones. They are always quick to respond and if they didn't have an immediate answer, they did not stop until they had the answer. We would not have been able to survive this process without Colin and Jim!nWe started all of this looking for a realtor but ended up finding friends.

We worked with STA when we moved to the area to buy our home here and they were great. They always met us where we were at in the process, we were very all over the place at the beginning because we didn’t know the area, or what exactly we were looking for and never once did they make us feel bad for that. They helped us work through it, gave us the reality of what we could afford (which we really appreciated) and never pressured us into making an offer on anything. They made the whole process so manageable and smooth. We highly recommend them to anybody. Any time we hear someone talking about selling or buying we immediately recommend STA. You will not be disappointed working with them!

I love the way Colin, Nicole and Jim conduct business. They are laid back but so full of knowledge. They will do whatever it takes and they are just genuinely good people. They helped my boyfriend buy and sell his first house, and are now helping us buy another. As long as we live in this area we will never switch agents again. Thank you so much for all your hard work and efforts.
