0 starts for sure. Places are never in good condition. Won't help take care of pest issues unless you threaten about leaving. Harass friends and family when they're at your place because they assume they live there. Don't leave voicemails to let you know what they want or need. Overall Rude and expensive. 750 for a studio...STUDIO. not to mention constant mice and bed bug infestations. And they refuse to do anything.

Wouldn't let me give 0 stars . Most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with . Basement flooded contacted the maintenance person they came out and the response I got was I don't know what to do.nI took over 115 gallons of water out of the basement with a 5gal shop vacuum.nRoof was leaking took them a month to repair it .nWater damage on kitchen ceiling ,bathroom and second bedroom ceilings were refused to be repaired after calling for over a month about it being taken care of .nThe wiring to the electrical meters needed to be replaced once again refused to do repairs needed . The landlord also harasses your guests asking information of their name, address of where they live as well as landlords name and telephone number.nMy recommendation never rent from Golden Realty unless you don't care about the environment you live in .
