ii understand evryone has problens with the economy right now. But i had to send 2 seperate emails to get an answer that wasnt helpful at all. Then when i was given a #to contact i called and messaged them . i think the number I was given was for John. I waited several days with no response. That is very unprofessional in my opion . and your service was usless to me and my faimley . from my experince find a private landlord or someone you know. This facility is of no help and dosent own anyof the properties, they are just a 3rd party i wasted money on .

Incredibly nice and informative people. Every small question answered. An issue was handled within hours, even though it wasn't anywhere near an emergency. They have quality properties as well, with owners that seem to really care. The only thing I don't like is the inability to pay rent online.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and very helpful, they worked with me moving in from out of state. Any issues or questions with the apartment they helped with quickly. I had no issues with them and would use them again if I need to.
